Bird Wall Hanging with Native Leaf impression (FL43)

These little hand-built birds are made to perch anywhere indoors or out! Using our handmade bird cutter, we form each one by hand. Impressed with a plant leaves, they are all a little different. Twine is included in case you want to use that for hanging.

These Birds measure about 11 cm from tail to beak.

This bird is impressed with leaves from Kankakee Mallow (Iliamna remota), which is a plant indigenous to very narrow range in Illinois along the Kankakee River. These are great plants to start your native garden with as they have nice foliage and flowers all spring, summer, and fall and they do not spread aggressively.

Measurements may vary due to the handmade nature of our work. During updates, questions on sizes may not be answered immediately. Note that these are glazed pieces, and glazes pool and drip in unexpected ways. Each spent its time in a different spot in the kiln, and can never be recreated.
