Bud Vase with Native Leaf Mushroom Topper (FA87)

Vases are one of those things you don’t think you need…and then a child hands you a handful of beautifully wilted flowers or you find the most perfect broken branch of fall leaves on your walk home. These vases are perfect for that and are also make nice little propagation stations.

This piece includes a stopper shaped like mushroom, making it perfect to display even when not in use to hold something!

This piece holds ~14 oz. It was decorated using leaves from Sunchoke leaf (Helianthus tuberosus. This plant is a sunflower native to central North America and it has an edible tuber (root). It blooms later in the summer and early fall than many of its fellow native sunflower species.

Our pottery is microwave safe and can be cleaned in the dishwasher.

Each piece is made in our home studio.

Measurements may vary due to the handmade nature of our work. During updates, questions on sizes may not be answered immediately. Note that these are glazed pieces, and glazes pool and drip in unexpected ways. Each spent its time in a different spot in the kiln, and can never be recreated.
