Feather Wall Hanging with Native Leaf impression (FA60)

Spending time in nature is one of my favorite things to do. These feather pieces are made with the intention of reminding all of us that we are connected - birds need plants to feed bugs so they can feed their babies! We all have to work together to keep our home - Earth - safe and healthy. Each piece is formed by hand and impressed with plant leaves, so this is truly a unique piece to add to your home or garden. Twine is included in case you want to use that for hanging.

This feather measures about 10cm. It can be hung outdoors throughout the year.

This piece is impressed with leaves from Riverbank Grape (Vitis riparia). This plant is indigenous to central and eastern North America and produces edible fruit. It also works well as rootstock in viticulture.

Measurements may vary due to the handmade nature of our work. During updates, questions on sizes may not be answered immediately. Note that these are glazed pieces, and glazes pool and drip in unexpected ways. Each spent its time in a different spot in the kiln, and can never be recreated.
