Tree Ornament with Native Leaf impression (FA68)

Spending time in nature is one of my favorite things to do. This ornament is made with the intention of reminding all of us of the importance of refilling our greenspaces with native plants! We all have to work together to keep our home - Earth - safe and healthy. Each piece is formed by hand and impressed with plant leaves, so this is truly a unique piece to add to your home or garden. Twine is included in case you want to use that for hanging.

This tree measures about 13cm. It can be hung outdoors throughout the year.

This piece is impressed with leaves from Purple Coneflower (Echinacea purpurea), a common prairie wildflower that is easy to distinguish with its bright orange and spiked center and purple petals. A wide variety of birds and pollinators use this plant for food, and it can be found throughout North America, though it is only native to several parts of the eastern section.

Measurements may vary due to the handmade nature of our work. During updates, questions on sizes may not be answered immediately. Note that these are glazed pieces, and glazes pool and drip in unexpected ways. Each spent its time in a different spot in the kiln, and can never be recreated.
